The club would like to inform all fans that Nick Taylor will not play in the 2023 Cambodian League Cup as the club is unable to register him due to the Cambodian International Transfer Window has not opened. 

This means that the club is unable to apply through FIFA to get his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) from the US Federation to officially transfer him to our club. 

The Cambodian International Transfer window opens in June therefore the club will apply for Nick’s ITC then and he will be processed and fully registered to play in the Cambodian Premier League and Hun Sen Cup during the 2023/2024 season.
